I did a lot of research looking for a company to upgrade my stairs and railings, I came across Quality stairs , read a lot of great reviews and saw their video postings . I received quotes from 3 different companies and decided to hire Quality stairs for 2 reasons : 1. the owner personally came to our home to look /provide a quote . He was knowledgeable and you can tell he was respectable. 2. Their quote was very competitive . I am so happy that I chose Quality stairs , they were dependable and reliable from beginning to end . Roberto , the owner, did exactly what he said he would and on time . The work is superb, they are detailed oriented , high quality work . I chose a glass staircase , the end product is beyond my expectations. Now my son and daughter in law will be refinishing their stairs with Roberto . Not only did Quality Stair's Roberto deliver us the most stunning and unique stairs, but he did ssh with so much professionalism. He is very tightly scheduled and he is careful to not overbook, which after working with so many subcontractors I appreciate that so much...not one of those guys ever came when they said they would...but Roberto did! He came when he said he would and he finished when he said he would. In Miami, that speaks VOLUMES as to how well Roberto runs his company. I recommend them to everyone I know because I trust them. Also, here's a tip, don't make the same mistake I did. My contractor had his guys build out the steps. But when Roberto came he pointed out to me how they were all wrong and why. He had to fix those other people's work. So if you want stairs, just call Quality Stair Corp (from the start) and they'll deliver the absolute best stairs and exceed your expectations!

Highly recommend this stair company! Roberto and his team were very punctual, efficient, and always responded to phone calls or messages in a timely matter. I’m in love with my new stair case as they paid attention to little details and made my vision come to life!
